Users experiencing Outlook connection issues and crashes - July 15, 2020

One of our policies is to keep systems up to date to ensure the reliability and security of our partners. This morning we were hit by lots of complaints here's what happened.
Microsoft released version 2006 yesterday July 14, 2020 for Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, Microsoft 365 Apps for business, and the subscription versions of the desktop apps for Project and Visio.
Many users experiencing Outlook connection issues and crashes. We have found a simple workaround while Microsoft analyzes the issue to isolate the source of the problem.
Please make sure you have a backup available and know what you are doing. Also make sure you know your activation (if applies) as some users reported that Microsoft Office its requesting activation after the rollback.
How to uninstall Windows 10 update KB4565483 using the settings menu
Open the Start menu and click the gear-shaped Settings icon.
Go to Update & security > View Update History > Uninstall updates.
Use the search box to find “Windows 10 update KB4565483”
Highlight the update then click the “Uninstall” button at the top of the list.
Click “Yes” to confirm.
Wait for the process to complete. Reboot your PC if prompted.
To temporarily solve it we need to rollback Microsoft Office to a previous version.
Solution I:
From an elevated command window change the directory to:
cd “\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun”
try these commands one at a time and test
1. officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.6366.2062
(Open Outlook and test if it doesn't work try option two) 2. officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.12827.20470
Solution II: From an elevated command window change the directory to:
cd “\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun”
type the following command:
wusa /uninstall KB4565483
