Migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 GCC, not standard Commercial. GCC means elevated identity and data-handling controls and a different administrative posture. Timeframe and budget fixed before work started. Mail had to land on the new tenant with anti-spoofing protection in place from day one. No room for mid-project change orders.
What We Did
Fixed-scope engagement signed before work started. GCC tenant provisioned. Mail flow configured with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Mailbox and Drive content migrated. MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender baselines applied. DNS cutover sequenced after tenant validation. Post-migration governance enabled.
