Multi-state petroleum distributor was running on separate vendors for email, phones, virtual servers, the website, and credit applications. Nobody coordinating. Onboarding a new hire took three or four phone calls.

The Challenge

Five separate vendors. Email, phone system, virtual servers, public website, credit-application intake. Each vendor knew its own piece and nothing else. Onboarding a hire meant calling three or four of them in sequence before the person could send their first email. When something broke between two vendors, nobody owned it.

What We Did

We took over the full stack. Microsoft 365 tenant including licensing, MFA, Defender baseline, and mailboxes. Hosted VOIP and headsets. Virtual machines for remote staff working outside the home office. Public website and the credit-application intake form. Document templates for safety data sheets and standard business forms. New hires are now provisioned same-day across email, phone, and VM. Offboarding same-day with credentials revoked and data preserved.
