Agreement to Terms

TechNet New England provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, VoIP solutions, backup and disaster recovery, and help desk support to businesses and nonprofit organizations. Our services include but are not limited to:

• 24/7 IT system monitoring and management
• Cybersecurity assessments and protection
• Cloud migration and management
• VoIP phone system implementation and support
• Data backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Help desk and technical support services
• IT consulting and strategic planning
• Vendor management

User Responsibilities

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or systems

Service Agreements

Specific managed IT services are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) that detail:

• Pricing and payment terms
• Term and termination provisions
• Confidentiality and data protection obligations

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail for that service.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• We accept payment by check, ACH, or major credit cards
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TechNet New England or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHNET NEW ENGLAND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure. We do not guarantee that our services will prevent all security incidents.

Termination

For managed services, termination is governed by the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechNet New England regarding the use of our website and services.
